Robert A.
Levy is president of Levy & Associates,
Inc., which he founded in 1988.
Mr. Levy
has over 30 years of experience in human resources management.
He has served as
an in-house HR executive and attorney, and as
a senior consultant for two large HR consulting firms.He specializes
in the areas of organization effectiveness, performance management,
base compensation, incentives, sales commissions, and HR technology
development. He
conducts HR organization assessments and facilitates strategic
planning for the HR function.
Mr. Levy
has also designed a dynamically linked suite of HR applications
that provides unprecedented efficiency and enhanced access
to strategic workforce information for small and mid size organizations.
HRToolbench automates and integrates the critical functions
of Job Description, Candidate Selection, Performance Management,
Compensation and Succession Planning.
Prior to
founding Levy & Associates,
Mr. Levy was a Senior Consultant at the Hay Group, and
a Principal at William M. Mercer
in Boston, where he managed the New England Compensation
Consulting Practice. Mr. Levy has also held positions
at Fleet Bank in Providence,
including Vice President and Associate General Counsel,
and Assistant Vice President of Compensation and Employee
Benefits. His career
in human resources began as a Personnel Officer at the
Bank of Boston.
Mr. Levy
graduated from Middlebury College with B.A. in English. He
also holds a J.D. from Suffolk University
Law
School.
He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar.
